These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between alibaba 66 ("we", "us", "our", "alibaba 66") and you ("you", "user", "player", "Account Holder") and govern your access to and use of the alibaba 66 online gaming platform accessible at alibaba66.games, including all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, Cockfighting streams, Jackpot Slots, Hot Pot table games, and any other products or services made available by alibaba 66 now or in the future.

By completing the alibaba 66 registration process, making a deposit to your alibaba 66 PKR account, or continuing to use alibaba 66 services after the effective date of this Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept all terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and alibaba 66 relating to the subject matter hereof.

alibaba 66 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Account Holders via the registered contact information on file. Continued use of alibaba 66 services following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to register an account on alibaba 66. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. alibaba 66 is required to verify the age and identity of all Account Holders prior to enabling withdrawal functionality on any account. Age verification is conducted using Pakistani CNIC documentation. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, and any PKR balance held in the account will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain a maximum of one (1) alibaba 66 account. Registering duplicate accounts for any purpose — including without limitation claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or conducting fraudulent activity — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. alibaba 66 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual and to void any winnings or bonus funds held therein.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information as necessary to keep it accurate. alibaba 66 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility. alibaba 66 provides services to players located in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using alibaba 66 services is lawful in your jurisdiction. alibaba 66 makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for any unlawful use of the platform.

3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your alibaba 66 Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. alibaba 66 strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform and enabling OTP verification on your account.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify alibaba 66 support immediately — via WhatsApp or Telegram at alibaba66support — if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, loss of your credentials, or any suspicious activity within your alibaba 66 account. alibaba 66 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

3.3 Account Activity. All bets, transactions, and actions taken through your alibaba 66 account are your sole responsibility. alibaba 66 will not reverse confirmed wagering transactions on the grounds that your account was accessed without your authorisation unless you can demonstrate that you reported the unauthorised access in a timely manner and cooperated fully with alibaba 66's investigation.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods. alibaba 66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistan-compatible payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). alibaba 66 does not accept deposits from payment sources not registered in your name, nor from third-party accounts.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit via Easypaisa or JazzCash is 500 PKR. The minimum deposit via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) is 5,000 PKR. Minimum withdrawal amounts are set at 1,000 PKR for mobile wallet withdrawals and 10,000 PKR for bank transfers. alibaba 66 reserves the right to update minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice to Account Holders.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. alibaba 66 targets processing Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 10 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within 30 minutes during standard Pakistan banking hours. alibaba 66 may apply enhanced identity verification for withdrawals above 100,000 PKR, including requests for additional CNIC documentation or source of funds confirmation.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. An alibaba 66 account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. alibaba 66 may apply a dormancy administration fee of 500 PKR per month to dormant accounts with a positive PKR balance, subject to applicable law. Account Holders will be notified via their registered contact details prior to the application of dormancy fees.

4.5 No PKR Balance Interest. alibaba 66 does not pay interest on PKR balances held in player accounts. Your alibaba 66 PKR balance is held in a segregated client account and is not used by alibaba 66 for operational purposes.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers extended by alibaba 66 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards — are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer. These specific terms include, without limitation, minimum qualifying deposit amounts in PKR, wagering requirements, eligible game categories, maximum bet sizes during bonus play, and expiry periods.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Where a wagering requirement applies to a bonus or promotional credit, the requirement specifies the total PKR amount that must be wagered on eligible games before any portion of the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. For example, a 10,000 PKR bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires 200,000 PKR in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Wagers placed on restricted game categories during a bonus period will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. alibaba 66 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on low-risk outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements, exploiting promotional terms through coordinated play, or any other conduct intended to extract value from promotions without genuine gaming activity. alibaba 66 reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold withdrawals, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Promotion Modification. alibaba 66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotion at any time, including reducing or removing bonus amounts, increasing wagering requirements, or restricting eligible player criteria. Material changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected Account Holders via their registered contact details with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

6.1 Game Rules. Individual game rules applicable to each game available on alibaba 66 are displayed within the relevant game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence with respect to the mechanics of that particular game.

6.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games available on alibaba 66 — including Jackpot Slots, virtual table games, and Hot Pot game variants — utilise certified RNG technology that has been independently audited for statistical fairness and unpredictability. alibaba 66 does not modify, influence, or interfere with RNG outcomes.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games on alibaba 66 are operated according to strictly defined dealing protocols in regulated studio environments. alibaba 66 does not employ any mechanism to influence live dealer game outcomes. In the event of a technical fault interrupting a live dealer game session, the hand or round in progress will be resolved according to the relevant game provider's documented technical fault resolution procedure.

6.4 Cockfighting. alibaba 66 Cockfighting markets are based on live bouts streamed from third-party licensed Sabong arenas. alibaba 66 has no operational involvement in the conduct of the bouts themselves. Results are declared by the arena operator and communicated to alibaba 66 for settlement purposes. alibaba 66 accepts no liability for delays, interruptions, or disputed outcomes arising from arena operations outside alibaba 66's direct control.

6.5 Sports Betting. alibaba 66 Bundesliga and other sports betting markets are settled based on official match results from recognised governing bodies. alibaba 66 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market, void bets where market integrity concerns arise, or delay settlement pending official result confirmation. In-play bets accepted after the official start of an event will be settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted, as recorded by alibaba 66's systems.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on alibaba 66 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to law enforcement:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with alibaba 66 games, betting markets, or the alibaba 66 platform in any way;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, tournament standings, or sports betting markets;
• Chip dumping — the intentional transfer of chips or PKR balance to another account through deliberate loss of play;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use alibaba 66 as a conduit for illicit funds — alibaba 66 operates full KYC and AML monitoring procedures;
• Accessing alibaba 66 services while self-excluded from the platform — self-exclusion is a binding and irrevocable restriction during its specified period;
• Providing false identification documentation or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location to alibaba 66;
• Any coordinated or systematic approach designed to exploit game mechanics, bonus structures, or promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.

All content on the alibaba 66 platform — including without limitation the alibaba 66 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, user interface design, marketing materials, written content, and structural elements — is the intellectual property of alibaba 66 or its licensed content providers. No element of the alibaba 66 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of alibaba 66.

alibaba 66 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the alibaba 66 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not convey any ownership rights and terminates automatically upon closure of your alibaba 66 account.

9.1 Service Availability. alibaba 66 will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the platform. However, alibaba 66 does not warrant uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance, technical faults, or service interruptions beyond alibaba 66's reasonable control, including but not limited to Pakistan network infrastructure issues, hosting provider outages, or force majeure events.

9.2 Third-Party Game Providers. Certain games and services on alibaba 66 are provided by third-party software suppliers. alibaba 66 is not responsible for faults, errors, or failures originating within third-party game software beyond what alibaba 66 has agreed to remedy with the relevant provider. alibaba 66 will use reasonable endeavours to pursue remedies on your behalf where third-party game faults cause verifiable loss.

9.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alibaba 66's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to alibaba 66 in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

alibaba 66 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Pakistan players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every Account Holder through the alibaba 66 account panel:

• PKR Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits, effective immediately upon setting;
• Session Time Alerts: Automatic notifications reminding you of your session duration at intervals you configure;
• Loss Limits: Maximum PKR loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Irrevocable closure of your alibaba 66 account for a minimum of 6 months, with extension options available.

12.1 Amendments. alibaba 66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at alibaba66.games/terms-and-conditions. Material amendments will be communicated to all active Account Holders via their registered contact details with a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where an immediate amendment is required to address legal, regulatory, or security concerns.

12.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the alibaba 66 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion terms communicated to you at the point of offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and alibaba 66 with respect to your use of the alibaba 66 platform.
